The steam ship Arna sank on February 16, 1928 after opening a waterway in its side by the collision against the rock "La Laja". It was built in 1905 in the English shipyards of Northumberland S.B and Co. (Newcastle upon Tyne). At the time of its sinking it sailed with Czechoslovak flag.
